About MoZaiX

Building a bridge between services and everyday life.

Services begin with a purpose: to help someone learn, communicate, feel safe, or participate. But families and professionals often face a gap between what a service intends to provide and what a person can actually access in daily life.

MoZaiX is being built to bridge that gap.

Through practical tools, individualized support, training, and thoughtfully developed environments, we connect good intentions with meaningful opportunities at home, in school, and throughout the community.

Many perspectives. One shared purpose.

Founded by Kaitlin D. Tercero, an educator with a background in speech-language pathology and special education, MoZaiX brings together the work and perspectives of professionals, families, and people with lived experience.

We are building a collaborative team of educators, therapists, advocates, creative professionals, and community partners toward a nationwide support system. Each brings knowledge that helps shape resources around the people who will use them.

Our approach connects four areas: Support, Regulate, Teach, and Navigate. From family coaching and advocacy to customized training and sensory spaces developed from start to finish, the goal is practical support that carries into real life.

Different by Design.

Like the pieces of a mosaic, our strengths and experiences are different. Together, they can create something connected and meaningful.

Our Garden Friends bring that belief to life—reminding us that everyone deserves a voice, a place to belong, and a way to participate.
